Re-writing the Rules of Contemporary Winemaking

This Wednesday we will be mixing things up a bit! We will be tasting 4 different wines from four different families: Paul Stroud is the owner of Craft Wines. Craft Wines specializes in small production wineries, representing a new generation of producers that are re-writing the rules of contemporary winemaking. Many of the wineries he represents just make a few barrels of their offerings. We started working with Paul from a recommendation from a friend. Paul is quietly bringing in some of the best wines into Colorado that you have never heard of… that we have never heard of!

Join us in welcoming Craft Wines to the shop this Wednesday, June 1st for our ‘Why Not Wednesday’ tasting. We will be pouring from 4-7 pm!! Come taste innovative, unique wines that have that ‘wow’ factor we love.

Featured selections from Craft Wines will be on sale until June 7th, 2016.

We invite you to experience the craft movement at its finest! This Saturday we will be featuring The Real Dill & Bear Creek Distillery from 2pm – 7pm!!

Bear Creek Distillery was born in Lakewood and raised in Denver, and is the brainchild of a small group of friends focused on producing exceptional hand crafted premium spirits. Each spirit is produced, grain to bottle, in our Denver facility and distilled using our German built, state-of-the-art Kothe still.

Justin Park & Tyler DuBois of the Read Dill spent the better part of two years developing new recipes, drawing inspiration from unique ingredients that they loved to cook with but had not necessarily been typically associated with pickles. The result of their hard work and dedication was incredible pickle deliciousness that uses all natural ingredients and home canning techniques.

Break out of the everyday rut and try something different this Saturday, June 4th!
